  1. Consultation Required
    All new hair extension clients must attend a consultation before booking an installation. This allows us to determine the most suitable method, length, and colour for your hair type and lifestyle.

  2. Deposit & Booking Terms
    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance on the day of service. No bookings will be confirmed without this payment.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
    No-shows may be charged 50% to 100% of the total service cost.

  4. Hair Care & Maintenance
    • Aftercare guidance will be provided—clients are responsible for following this to maintain the condition of the extensions.
    • We recommend maintenance every 6–8 weeks, depending on your chosen method.
    • Neglect or misuse may reduce the lifespan and appearance of the extensions.

  5. Hair Purchase
    All hair purchased is non-refundable once ordered or fitted, as it is customised to your colour, length, and method. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

  6. Refunds & Concerns
    No refunds are offered for hair extension services. If you experience an issue, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and, if necessary, provide a solution.

  1. Consultation Required
    A consultation is required before any hair system fitting. We’ll assess your hair/scalp, understand your goals, and advise on the best options.

  2. Deposit & Custom Orders
    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to begin the custom order process.
    • Bespoke systems are made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  3. Fitting Appointments
    • Appointments typically last 1–3 hours depending on the service.
    • Please arrive promptly—late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or may receive a reduced service.

  4. Maintenance Appointments
    We recommend maintenance appointments every 3–5 weeks to ensure the longevity and hygiene of your hair system.

  5. Cancellations & No-Shows
    • Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.

  6. Aftercare
    • Aftercare instructions are provided and must be followed carefully.
    • We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines.

  7. Refund Policy
    Due to the bespoke nature of hair systems and for hygiene reasons, no refunds are available once orders are placed or services completed.
